Refunds

Trunvy Collections won’t be offering any refund or exchanges as it is against the federal law to resell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or looks worn or altered in any way.

Return.

If by any means you receive incorrect goods mistakenly sent by TruNvy, you have within 48hours to notify us with clear photos of the incorrect goods via this email address (trunvycollections@gmail.com). After we confirm the order is incorrect, we'll send you the next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process.

Please note to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Do not return goods without prior approval as TruNvy will not be responsible for packages lost in the mail.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any goods mailed back to our office without any subsequent approval from our office will not receive an exchange and the goods will not be returned to the buyer.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. During shipping of your item if you entered a wrong address be informed that the item will be returned back to our office and in case you still need the goods an additional shipping fee will be charged to resend the item to the correct address. When shipping back your exchange goods kindly include your order number and details of the exchange.

Note: - Kindly keep in mind that our company take Returns and chargebacks very seriously. If by any means we discovered that you want to Defraud our company
