Shipping policy for TruNvy Collections, LLC

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TruNvy collections. Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. The following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipping Policy:

Packages are shipped out via USPS (United States Postal Service. We process all orders within 5 - 8 business days. Custom orders will vary upon requested service. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. After receiving your order, please allow 48 hrs. for payment to process and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once items are prepared another notification will be sent with tracking number of your shipped product.

Shipping Delays Policy:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we may delay shipments by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses is the responsibility of the customer to reship items.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order FPO will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and available upon request and additional payment for overnight charges will apply.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/ addresses:

TruNvy collections ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

TruNvy Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

TruNvy collection is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Returns will not be allowed. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipment to International countries outside the U.S. is provided on a limited basis.

Note:

ALL Packages may require signature confirmation for receipt of delivery and merchandise.
